Our Story

What started as a dream to share exceptional coffee with our community has grown into a beloved neighborhood institution.

From Bean to Cup

Brew & Bean was born from a simple belief: that great coffee can bring people together and create meaningful moments. Founded in 2015 by Sarah Chen, a former coffee buyer who traveled the world sourcing beans, our shop was designed to be more than just a place to grab a quick caffeine fix.

We wanted to create a space where the community could gather, where conversations could flourish, and where every cup of coffee told a story of the farmers who grew it, the roasters who crafted it, and the baristas who served it with care.

Today, we continue that mission by sourcing the finest single-origin beans directly from farmers in Ethiopia, Colombia, Guatemala, and beyond. We roast in small batches to ensure freshness and quality in every cup we serve.
